Nice room Quiet Good to have a balcony where you could enjoy the sunshine and a cup of coffee. The location was very handy for the amenities in De Pipe , Kup market , Damsel river promenade and over the bridges to the Ost precinct

We enjoyed the whole experience. Staff were lovely and looked after us when we had to rebook another night as our flight was cancelled. It was a beautiful hotel we, felt very comfortable and enjoyed the xmas celebrations. The food was amazing except for breakfast

A hotel that feels like home, everything was exceptionally clean and neat, one day there was a delay in the room service due to the high number of checkouts however I was surprised to receive a handwritten letter with a plate of treats, that was a very nice gesture they have a very cool system; if you go green and ask the room service not to clean your room for a day you get a 5eur voucher to spend at the restaurant, so a free daily coffee :)

My husband and I stayed here for three nights and loved everything about the hotel. The interior is stunning, the rooms are very well-appointed and spacious, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. There are numerous seating areas throughout and we especially enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace near the bar and watching the sunset from the outdoor deck. The location is terrific, just a short walk from the Museum Quarter and the vibrant neighborhood of De Pijp. The king sized bed was very comfortable and a nice bonus was having extra seating including a reading chair, and a dining/workspace table with two chairs. Our room had ample storage space, a mini-fridge, safe, hairdryer, and coffee machine. As a nice surprise, we were upgraded to a canal view room at check-in. Special thanks to Lydia at reception for her excellent service during our stay! This was our first time staying at this hotel and we will book here again for future trips to Amsterdam.
